KRYTERIA
KRYTERIA formed in 2003 by PARADiGM, PATRICK FELONY and DEEP FREQUENCY. They quickly surfaced onto South Florida's Drum and Bass scene by screwing over anyone they could. They also hosted South FLorida's not-so premiere Drum and Bass night, "Ground Up," where they were laughed at by the entire SFLA DnB scene behind closed doors. Now they continue to have shady dealings and spread rumors which has made them the laughing stock of the entire scene from Miami to West Palm Beach. Now you can see them playing the same venue over and over again where people laugh at them for using a controller because they cannot match a beat using cdj's or vinyl, but still put up with them because they have a few good singles out on beatport. The only one with any real talent in the group is Deep Frequency, who seems to be the real talent behind this dying dnb group.After adding TRENCH to the crew in 2008 Kryteria is now moving forward, weaker than ever, with over 25 shitty digital releases. 13 of which, reached the top 100 download list's on JUNO and other major MP3 retailers. But it does not stop there! In early 2010 DOPPLER of Divine Elements joined the team and creative forces and becoming unstoppable but then they kicked him out because Curtis's ego is bigger than the Snoopy float at the Macy's Xmas Day Parade, and he was jealous that Doppler could actually match a beat and spin better than him. These little girls have releases forthcoming on such labels as Ammunition, Abducted, Dangerous New Age, Subculture, Mindtech Recordings,
Close 2 Death and even Skynet's new label, NVision. So what's next? Kryteria is already in progress of screwing over many other artists and labels. They personally owe money to half of the promoters in the south florida area. These guys are fully fucked up in the head and would recommend keeping a watchful eye on them if they are anywhere near anything of value to you.
